In the next 11 days I’ll travel 11,235 air miles, that’s a lot of time in an airplane to say the least, so it’s a good time to do some reading and set my cycling goals for '09. This is what I plan on accomplishing before returning to San Diego:

• Read The Cyclist Training Bible
• Establish a training schedule
• Pick two ‘09 races to participate in
